3. Email Subject Line: Ensure the subject of your email reads: "Customization Request - Order Confirmation Number - User Name". This helps us process your request more efficiently.
4. Pricing & Response Time: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with a detailed quote and an estimated completion time.
5. Place Your Order: If you accept the provided quote, please visit our website, navigate to Products >> Additional Service, and place your order accordingly.
6. Confirm Your Order: Respond to our initial email with your new order confirmation number and a screenshot of the successful payment.
7. Finalization: Once we receive your confirmation, we will begin working on your request immediately.
